Jeremy shaved all his facial hair off. He did not want any pictures taken so I had to sneak one. He did not really mean to shave it all off. I have not seen him like this in 5 years. I told him it felt like I was cheating on him cause he looked so different.

Busy Monday

I kicked butt at the gym today. It felt great. I am proud of myself. I know its just baby steps but every little bit helps.
Levi is doing great with the swim lessons. It feels good to get up and out of the house and have a schedule. I like to be busy when I get enough sleep. Which brings me to my next good news. Kyle is sleeping well. He only woke up twice last night. Thats makes for one happy mommy.
We did go to a meet up at a place were they have bounce houses indoors and the kids run around and jump. It was a lot of fun until a little girl right next to me and Kyle starting puking all over. I think I am becoming a germaphobe cause all I could see was germs every where. And to know that kid was bouncing and touching everything and Levi was touching everything too. I just really hope that it was not the flu that made her sick. But we left right after that happened.
Grandma Wonderful is not doing well. She has a legion on her pelvis bone that they don't know what it is and she had lost her mind today. We went over there so Jer could give her a blessing. She is having a brain scan tomorrow and a bone scan on Friday. She was so out of it when we went over there. Its really hard to see her like that. I hope they can figure out whats going on.

Another docs visit

Friday night I awoke to a screaming baby. Kyle started screaming Friday night and would not stop. When I say he would not stop I mean he did not stop. I got about 2 hours of sleep. I thought it was his tummy but I could tell he was in pain. Saturday morning he was still screaming and I did not know what was going on. He is such a happy happy baby that I knew something was not right. He add stopped eating, I could not get him to latch on. So off to the doctor we went. The diagnose--A double ear infection. Looks like Levi gave Kyle his ear infection. So we go to feel the Rx and the pharmacy was out of Amoxicilin. I thought that was crazy. Lucky for us there is another pharmacy in the same parking lot. So after we got some meds in him and some Tylenol he stopped screaming and him and I were both able to take a long nap.
Today we all went to all of church and it was so good to be back. I really enjoyed it today.
Than we went to Dennis and Sherrys for Sherrys birthday dinner. It was good to see the family.

What do you do with a water heater box?

What do you do with a huge 50 gallon water heater box. Make a Levi fort. Yes I am the coolest mom. I saw the box in the car port but the top and bottom were cut off and the side split open. So I grabbed the roll of tape and taped the whole box back together, cut a door and a window in it. When Levi woke up from his nap he came out to find a fort in the living room. He has not come out of it since. I put a blanket and some pillows in there and he took his Leapster in there and is have a grand time.

Water Heater

We were using our tax return to get a new water heater. We had the guy come out yesterday and when he removed the old water heater we discovered that it had been leaking for quite some time. Leaking very slowly but long enough to rot all the wood under the water heater. So the mold guy comes out and says there water damage everywhere. I call Jeremy and tell him to come home cause I am not sure what to do at this point. The floor under the heater is so rotten that we are afraid that if we put the new bigger and heavier heater on it that it will fall right through the floor. So after looking at all the options and talking it over we decided that Jeremy will rip up the sub floor. We will seal off the room and put heaters in there to dry out the wood over night. Paint the joists and new floor with special Kilz primer to contain the mold and call it good. For this plan we were with out hot water and a furnace for about a day and a half. So after we ripped up the floor and set the heaters on it we packed up and went to Jeremy's parents for the night. I am thankful that they live close and have a guest room.
So after about two days with out hot water and a lot of extra work we now have a new hot water heater. I have not got to try it out yet but I plan to take an extra hot shower every soon.

Swim Lessons

Levi had his first swim lesson today. He is the only one in the class and his teacher is great. He had so much fun. Before you all think I am a bad mother, I did ask the doc on Saturday if I should not take him to swim because of his ear infection an he said that it was fine to swim.
Levi worked on floating and blowing bubbles and grabbing things off the bottom of the pool.
While he was swimming Kyle and I walked around the indoor track for a while. It felt good to get moving.
This weekend we got our tent trailer working. We picked it up from the shop on Friday and than Saturday we set it up and started the clean up. I took all the curtains down and am washing them. Levi is very very excited to go camping. So now we just need it to get a little warmer.

Not another one.

Levi has another ear infection. We stopped the antibiotics for his last one about a week ago and now hes got another one. Last night he was not feeling good and today I could really tell something was wrong cause he was not acting right. So we went to the doc and sure enough its his ears. So Monday I will be finding and ENT doc and setting up an appointment so we can do tubes. His ear infections have become out of control. I feel sorry for the little man. Jeremy thinks I am crazy but I think the infections are affecting his hearing but it could be cause hes 3 and just chooses not to listen.

Good Bye Lilly

We said good bye to Lilly today. She had brought in two dead birds and a mouse all this week and if you follow my blog you know that I am so scared of dead animals, it really is more of a phobia and Jeremy told me on Wednesday that he was not coming home from work anymore to remove the dead animals. We got her a bell a while ago and it slowed her down for a while. With the warmer weather the animals are more frequent. Jeremy has today off (he doesn't work Fridays) and when we got home there was a dead mouse and I said what would I have done if you were not home. So I placed an add on KSL and some very nice Russian lady came and got her. I am so sad to see her go. I really liked her. Jeremy never really wanted a cat. We had her for about a year and half, she had kittens and she was a good cat. I cried and will probably be sad about it and miss her for a while. The lady has another cat and if they don't get along than she will be bringing Lilly back. As much as I will miss her I am will sleep better not fearing every morning that there will be a present waiting for me in the kitchen.

Super Bowl

Levi and I were rooting for the Colts and Jeremy was for the Saints. The Saints won but we had a good time watching. I made a very yummy bean dip. Levi had fun practing his football skills.
