Auntie Ms Triathlon

We had the amazing experience of watching my little sis swim, bike and run in a triathlon. It was fun to watch her. She got FIRST place in her age group. GO AMY.
It was a hot hot day and Levi was so tired (we had to wake up at 6am to be there on time) but I am glad we were all there to support her.

Beach Day

No CA trip would be complete with out lots of beach trips. This was Kyles first time seeing and feeling the ocean. He loved the sand but the water was a little cold for him. The weather was perfect on this day and it felt so wonderful to be back at the beach. I do still miss the ocean and its beauty. Seeing, smelling and watching the ocean and the waves calms my soul and brings me great peace. It had been a year since I was last at the beach and I almost cried seeing it again. There will always be a piece of my heart in the ocean and the ocean will always be in.

We took all the cousins to the swim park. It was a really cold windy day but the kids did not seem to mind.

After the houseboat we spent time at Jeremy's moms house in Morgan Hill, CA. We got together with Jeremys brothers and sisters and let all the cousins play.

Houseboat 2010

My parents rented a houseboat on Lake Don Pedero for 4 days. None of us had ever been on a houseboat before so it was new and exciting. We had a marvelous time. It was so much fun to spend time with friends and family while on a beautiful lake doing what we love to do.
The weather was perfect, the water was just right. I hope that we get to do it again real soon.

We are back from CA. We had a great time. I took over 275 pictures so this week I will be going through them and posting all the fun stuff we did.
I am happy to be home but I already miss the coast.
Thanks to all the friends and family that made our vacation so much fun, special and memorable.
