Yessss

I got my camera back. I am so happy to have it back in time for Christmas.
I have got so much to do before we leave for California. I am so excited to see my family.

Its begining to feel a lot like Christmas

We had a big snow storm today. It was so fun to watch the snow come down. I really like the snow.

We than went over to Dennis and Sherrys house and all the grandkids were there and we had Christmas with the kids. We did it tonight because all the kids will be else where for Christmas. So they are having a big sleep over tonight. Levi is to little for the sleep over but we went and had pizza and open presents. Levi was so excited to play with all the cousins.

I am so mad that I dont have a camera. I was trying to take pictures with my cell phone. We went over to a neighbors house of Dennis and Sherrys that has a huge Christmas village set up so all the kids could see. Levi was fasintated with the train in the village. He watched it the whole time.

It was so cold his cheeks got bright red and his nose started to bleed very slightly

We finally got some snow. I am one of those weird people that like the snow. It was a big storm so I was glad that we did not have to go anywhere and could just stay home and watch the beautiful snow fall. I sat in my chair and watched all cars try to get traction on the road as the turn the corner. It was fun to watch everyone peel out trying to get on the main road.
We got to use the new snow blower. It worked ok. Only one side of it spins so we need to get it fixed but it still took only about 30 minutes to plow the drive way and the large amount of sidewalk that we are responialble for.
Even Sammy played in the snow till he was shaking to death and I thought he was going to get hypothermia.

Yesterday I went with my girlfriend and got my hair cut and colored. I had a lot of fun at the salon getting all dolled up. It had been over a year since the last time I had my hair cut or colored. The hair dresser gave me the most amazing scalp massage when she was washing my hair. It was so wonderful I though I was in heaven.
I though I was getting step throat but I don't think its strep any more because I am starting to feel better on my own.
I cant wait to get my camera back. After using the new camera for 6 months and than trying to go back to the old camera I get frustrated cause it wont take nice pictures. It might have something to do with the fact that the old camera was Levis toy when we got the new camera. Now when he see me using the old camera he freaks out and wants to play with it cause it was his for so long. So long story short I really hope to have my camera back asap and before we go to California.

Christmas tree

Last night I went to Enrichment night at church and I was sitting around talking and we were talking about Christmas. We were talking about if we were ready or not and I just happen to mention that I did not even have a tree yet. Another lady at the table said that her neighbor had cut down 3 extra trees and told her to get rid of them and she had given away 2 of them already but there was one left and if I wanted it I could have it. I said sure I would love it. It bets spending $30 on one when I have a lot of other things I could spend it on. So her wonderful husband delivered the tree last night. It was a huge 12 foot tree. I am not kidding the thing was 12 feet tall (we measured it casue we needed to know where to cut it). It was super ugly but I was not going to complain casue it was free. So we cut it about in half and than decorated it and after all the lights are on it and everything I think it turned out really pretty. The picutres dont really do it justice, but you can kind of see the before and after.

I have my computer back

Well my computer seems to be fixed. I am happy to have it back and hope that it says virus free.
We had breakfast with Santa on Saturday morning. Levi is still scared of Santa. He did have a big smile on his face when Santa gave him his present but other than that he wanted nothing to do with him.
I sent my camera back to Kodak today. I hope that they have it fixed and back to me before Christmas. So the pictures from Santa are ones that friends took.

Levi thinks it funny to put on my glasses, upside down. I have an old pair that I took the lens out of so he can play with them.

Sick Computer.

My computer has a virus and its really irritating me. It was only on my user so I deleted my user but it turned out that it was not only my user. Jeremy buddy at work is going to try and fix it on Monday. It works some of the time and other times not. On top of that my new camera is broken also. I am so sad about the camera. We are going to have breakfast with Santa on Saturday and I really wanted to take some pictures. I am going to take it back to Costco and see if they can help me.
On a different note, the soy milk seems to really be helping Levi. I am hoping that we solved the problem. He has also slept the last two nights in a row the whole night through. I am super happy about that. I think hes getting his two year molars and for the last 3 or 4 weeks he has not slept through the night. So we will see.
He has learned how to say I love you and Merry Christmas. He is still copying everything Jeremy and I do and say. Its cute. He also talks to himself. He will aks himself whats wrong by saying "whats the matter baby?" its cute.

Levis new favorite song is The Isty Bitsy Spider. He will do all the hand movements and sing along with me. Its so cute I had to get a video of it.

This weekend was a busy one. Friday we went to see them turn the lights on at Temple Square. That was a lot of fun. Levi has fun running up and down the grass. We had to wait about an hour and a half to watch the lights turn on but it was worth it. They turn all the lights on all at the same time and it really feels like Christmas now. We sang Christmas songs on the way home and had a great time.
Saturday we spent the day over and Jeremy parents house while Jer hung bead board in there bathroom
Today we went to church and than hung Christmas lights and than went back over to the in laws and finished up the work Jer was doing.
My camera has stopped working all of a sudden and I can not figure out why. I was going to take pictures of the light we put up but I cant get it to work.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving. We had a great day. I am still getting use to the Madsen Thanksgiving but we had a good day and some great food. Last year we all had the stomach flu really really bad so I was really happy that I got to enjoy the feast this year. Levi did not get a nap today so he was way over tired by the time we got home but other than that he did really really well.
I am so thankful for my family. I am thankful for our new house. I am thankful for my friends. There are so many things that I am thankful for and I know that I am blessed.

This was the table setting. This is the part that I am not use to. We were always so casual in my family so its hard to get use to such a formal dinner but its nice in its own way. I do miss the dinner in my PJs and non matching dinnerware.
