Fetzers Summer Party

Today was good. This evening we went to Jeremys work Summer Party. It was fun. We went last year but Levi was to little to really enjoy the games. So this year he really got into it. The food was really good and they had a ton of games to play like bean bag toss and a big inflatable slide. The kids favorite is the Candy Cannon. Its an air filled cannon that they stuff candy in and shot if off at the top of a hill and all the kids run and get the candy. Levi thought it was the coolest thing. We also won a $50 card to Best Buy in the raffle. The weather was cooler because we were up in the mountains but it felt so nice to be cool. Its been so hot for the last 2 months that I was loving the cooler weather.
This weekend we are going to start packing. Let the fun begin.

Big Boy

Big Boy

My big boy peed in the toilet today. I got him undressed for his bath and I stuck him on the toilet and he peed. I was so proud. He got off than wanted to get back on so I put him on the toilet again and he went again. Than he got off and flushed the toilet. I cant not believe that he peed in the toilet. He is getting so big so fast.
We went on a tour of a candy factory today. That was a lot of fun. We got to try a bunch of candy fresh off the line. Levi did really well and I think he liked watching all the machines working.
We played outside for a long time this evening while Jer mowed the lawn

Petting Zoo

This was the pictures I took on Saturday of Levi in the Petting Zoo at the fair. I was bummed that I forgot my camera so all I had was my cell phone.

Our new house

Today Jeremy and I got to walk through the house with our Realtor. It was fun to see the house knowing that it will be ours soon. The fixed the bathroom and did the other stuff we asked but the house is really dirty so its going to take a real good scrubbing to get it clean. But I am so excited to have our own space. Levi had so much fun in the backyard. He climbed right up on the swing set and loved it.

This weekend was a good weekend. We went to the County Fair yesterday and Levi had the most fun in the petting zoo. He had to walk up to every single animal in there and pet it. He tried to get on top of the miniature cow but Jeremy would not let him. He was so happy to just be in there with all the animals. We also saw the sheep and the big cows and he loved seeing them too. He would moo at the cows and he even tried to baa like a sheep. It was so fun to watch him interact with the animals.
Today we went to church. Levi brought the snack to nursery and thought he was to cool getting to carry the snack bucket but as soon as I opened the door to the classroom he freaked out. I think that hes getting more use to it though.
Tomorrow we are meeting are realtor at our new house and doing a walk through so I will post pictures latter this week. I am going to take a bunch of pics and Jer is going to measure the rooms and such so I know how big of a fridge I need to get and how much carpet we will need and all the fun stuff. I am getting so excited about having are own house. We went to Lowes yesterday and just walked around and thought of all the cool stuff the we are going to do to the house. I told Jer that because he is a craftsman that I expect our house to have the coolest wood work in it and I have a long long list of stuff that I need him to build for us. My favorite part of Lowes was the garden section with all the plants and we had fun just dreaming of all the things we want to do, like put a huge pond in the yard with fish and put different trees around and a fire pit. We ended up not spending a dime at Lowes which I thought was amazing if you know my husband. We were just window shopping and dreaming.
I cant wait to be in my own space and I hope everything goes smooth from here on out.

Our new house

Well the offer was accepted and now all we need to do is have it inspected and than we will be home owners. I am so happy. Everything seems to be falling into place.
Here is a pic of the out side of the house. This was the pic from the add. Next time I go to the house I am going to bring my camera and take some of my own pictures so Amy and mom can see the inside. I cant wait to start moving and have my own space and a huge yard for Levi and Sammy.
Jeremy said that when we get our own place I can have a cat so I will be getting a cat very soon.

Fast Sunday

Today was fast Sunday. I got up and bore my testimony. I have not done that in years and years. It was very fulfilling. I love my family. Levi is still having a hard time saying good bye when I drop him off at nursery but they said he calmed right down today and than half way through he needed a new diaper so they brought him to me and than I had to drop him off again. He was not happy. When Jer went and picked him up at the end he said he was playing. I think that he will get use to it.
We should know about the house tomorrow morning at 9am. So I hope its good news.

The weekend

We had some fun in the pool today. It was nice to just relax today and spend time as a family. The inlaws are out of town this weekend so it was just us.
We have been very very busy this week with the house hunt and we did not have any time all week to just chill as a family.
We did put an offer on a house and the seller counter offered and we countered his counter offer and we should know by Monday if the house is ours or not. Its going to be a long weekend. Our agent talked to the sellers agent and the sellers agent is 95% sure the seller will except our last offer so we are pretty excited about that. The seller liked our first offer expect that he counter with him not having to redo the floors. So we will have to refinish all the hardwood and put new carpet in ourself.

House Hunt

We have been looking at houses yesterday and today. Its been a long few nights. We found one tonight that we both like. Our Realtor is going to do some research on it first thing in the morning and let us know what we should offer and than I guess we will go from there. Its a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. The house is on the smaller side but its on a very nice lot thats fully fenced and its got hardwood floors that the seller is refinishing. I love it so I am hoping that everything goes smooth from here.
Levi and I went to a place called Bouncing off the Walls today with our moms group. Levi was in a weird mood so he did not really get into it but I think he had fun.
